I’ve just finished a rather dodgy phone call that I suspect was from a scam artist masquerading as an Amazon rep. The chap on the line had a really pronounced Indian accent and was relentlessly going on about needing to “verify my account.” He claimed to be ringing from Amazon's customer service, but I couldn’t shake off the feeling that it was all a bit fishy. I told her I didn’t want to share my address, and mentioned we have Scottish Power and Anglian Water here.
