Just got a call from someone called Carol claiming to be from AMS Nationwide, using a local number so it sounded legit. She said there’d been a car accident I was involved in, which wasn’t true at all. When I asked for more details and questioned her, she just cut the call straight away. Watch out for these scammers pretending to be from nearby and never give out your info to them. What creeped me out the most was she knew my first name right off the bat.
