Got a call from an Asian guy who sounded like he was in one of those big call centres - you could hear a bunch of other people chatting behind him. He mentioned Openreach but didn’t really get to say much else before the call ended.

Got a call at 7:35 AM today, I didn’t pick up but it woke me right up so I probably wouldn’t have been very nice if I had answered!

I reckon it’s dodgy, claiming to be from Openreach. Seems like a classic scam to me.
