Got a BT scam call again, this time from an old UK landline number I barely ever use and, no surprise, it was actually from overseas. Looks like these scammers have switched up their game - maybe they're snapping up blocks of UK numbers and making just a handful of calls from each one. I guess that’s their way of avoiding detection on 'who called' lookup sites. If these calls keep bothering you, I’d say reach out to your MP and ask if there's any oversight over the companies selling these UK number bundles or the tech that lets calls be made untraceably from anywhere abroad.
