I got a call from someone claiming there was a problem with my BT internet, saying they could see it because my laptop was on. I told them my computer wasn’t even switched on. Then when I said I’m not a BT customer, the person insisted we’re all with BT anyway. I told them that’s not true and said I wasn’t interested, then they just hung up on me.
