Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent, said she was with BT Openreach and that my internet has had problems lately, which isn’t true at all. I just blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from a lady with an Asian accent saying she was from 'but' and that my internet would get switched off in a couple of weeks without me realising, due to some malware issue. She asked me to switch on my computer so she could fix the problem remotely. I quickly hung up and phoned 'but' myself. They confirmed they hadn’t called me and warned it was a scam.
