I got a call from an automated woman’s voice saying my Amazon Prime subscription had just been renewed for £39.99 and if I wanted to talk to an operator, I should press 1. Thing is, I don’t even have Amazon Prime, and they don’t have my landline on file anyway! I’m guessing they’ll use a different number next time, so blocking this one probably won’t do much good.

Got a call from a number claiming to be Amazon, saying they took money from my account. Thing is, I don't even have an account with them. Sounds like a dodgy scam to me.
