Booked a time for the aerial installation and waited all day, but no one turned up. The manager assured me someone would come between 8 am and 1 pm the next day, but again, no one arrived. When I phoned the office, the receptionist was anything but honest and didn’t apologise for the inconvenience. She told me to just wait until 6 pm, but was also rude and kept saying “your call is next” like I was just a bother. When I asked for her name, she abruptly hung up! Really frustrating experience.

I would advise others to steer well clear of AERIALFORCE. I received a call from them on Friday afternoon, and they assured me they could realign my satellite dish the same day. Then they changed their tune and said they'd come on Saturday instead. They even confirmed at 10:30 that they knew exactly what dish I had and promised the engineer would arrive between 11:00 and 16:00. We waited all day, missing out on a week's wage, only for them to ring at 16:10 to apologise, claiming the engineer had been held up on other jobs! Absolutely frustrating experience!
