I got a call from some recorded message saying £600 was just taken from my Visa card in the last 15 mins and telling me to press 1 right away to stop any more access. Don’t fall for that! I had 3 calls today, all with the same scam, but from different phone numbers - two were from the US and one came from Tarbert in Scotland. Seriously, how much money and effort does it take to make sure these scammers get stopped and taken out of the game for good? Seems like it shouldn’t be that hard nowadays.
