At 11:22 someone calling said they were from BT Openreach, telling me my internet speed was rubbish. I’d heard about this kind of scam before, so I told him I’d get up and have a look. Left the phone next to me for about ten minutes, and he was still there. Then I played some loud tunes on my mobile for him. That’s when he finally gave up and hung up.
