Got a call from some dodgy lot claiming to be from BT, saying there was illegal stuff on my phone line. They said someone had come round to check and confirmed something dodgy had gone down recently. Complete rubbish. I’m the only person with access to my line, plus I’ve not been home the past few days, and I’m actually with TalkTalk anyway. Told the bloke to shove off, and ironically, the line went dead straight after. Tried ringing back but just a dead tone. Total scammers.

Got a call from some muppet claiming to be BT saying there was illegal stuff going on with my number. They reckoned someone came round and confirmed dodgy activity over the past few days. Complete rubbish. I’m the only one using my line, plus I haven’t even been home lately. Also, I’m actually with TalkTalk, not BT. Told the bloke to shove off, and as soon as I did, the line went dead. Tried ringing back but it just cuts out. Proper scammers, innit.
