I got a call claiming to be from BT, but the guy had a really strong Indian accent. He kept saying my internet was having loads of problems. I said I’m with Virgin Media, so it shouldn’t be an issue. Then he tries to tell me they use BT cables, which just isn’t true. I told him not to bother asking for any passwords or personal info and asked him to give me my own name and address since he called me. Of course, he went silent. I just told him to sod off and ended the call. Total scam, don’t answer if they ring!
