Got a call about 3:45pm from a woman who sounded like she had an accent from abroad. She said she was ringing from some kind of government office, but there was loads of noise in the background - like a busy call centre or something - so I couldn’t really catch what she was telling me. I told her that and hung up. Tried calling back a few times afterwards but it just kept ringing busy.
