I got a call from this number telling me my phone and internet would be cut off today, sounded like an automated message. They wanted me to press 1 to talk to someone, but I knew it was dodgy straight away. I blocked the number right away and tried telling BT, but they didn't seem bothered and said there was nothing they could do. With all the tech we have now, I expected better from them. Really disappointed with BT’s service on this one.
