I was on a really important call on my mobile when suddenly the landline started ringing. I answered it thinking it might be something to do with my current call, but hung straight up when I heard the automated voice say British Telecom. I’m pretty sure if I’d stayed on, she’d have started telling me something about my broadband being disconnected.
