I received a call earlier that was quite peculiar-someone with an American accent claimed to be from BT, informing me that my internet service would be temporarily cut off for a day due to some issues. They asked me to press '1' for further details. Just as I was processing that, an individual with an Asian accent came on, offering to remotely show me what was going on with my computer. I found it a bit strange and decided to hang up. Not long after, they attempted to ring me back. Quite the experience, to say the least!
