Someone rang up my folks claiming they had a parcel from Amazon for them. My parents are well into their 80s, no clue about computers and have never even tried Amazon. My mum can’t hear well at all, so the conversation was all confusing for her and she just hung up. I told her to let her bank know just in case anything dodgy turns up on their accounts.

Got a voicemail from them, bit of a dodgy one. Looks like a BT scam, so best to just give it a miss!
