Got a call from someone acting really cheeky who kept telling lies about some complaints we supposedly made about our home repairs. They first called from 020 3912 1251, and then tried ringing me again from a different number when I said it sounded like a scam.

I’ve been getting loads of calls from “heat loss team” numbers all around the UK. Usually I just block or ignore them, but this time I actually picked up and hung up right away. After that, my phone was totally unresponsive for a few minutes, which never happened before. Pretty weird!
