I got a call from a man with an Asian accent who said he was from Amazon. He told me someone hacked my account and bought an iPhone, then said he’d connect me to security. I felt it was a scam straight away. When he asked if I had a smartphone or computer, I said no and told him I don’t even have an Amazon account. Then out of nowhere, he told me to "go and die." I’m an elderly person and found it really upsetting to be treated like that in my own home.
