Somebody rang up pretending to be from Amazon, saying there was an order for an iPhone made on my account overnight with a delivery address that wasn't mine. They said they could cancel it if I logged in and gave them my bank details. When I said I hadn’t received any confirmation email that usually comes through straight away, they started getting quite aggressive.
