Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent saying he was a telecom engineer. Pretty sure it was a total scam.

I got a call claiming to be from my internet company, saying there was some kind of dangerous virus on my line and they needed me to turn on my computer and do what they told me. Something felt off though and I told them I didn't think they were legit. Next thing, they just hung up on me.
