Got a playback saying it’s from TalkTalk, warning my internet might get disconnected soon. Pretty sure it’s a scam.

I got a recorded call saying my account was going to be shut down and I should press 1 to talk to someone. I already suspected it was dodgy but still pressed 1. The person on the other end tried asking for my bank info. I wasn’t having any of it and when I asked some questions back, the call just cut off.
