I received a call from this number, and the chap claimed he needed to talk to my deceased mother. He introduced himself as Jason, claiming to represent Microsoft. The thing is, my mother wouldn’t have known a computer from a chocolate biscuit! I told him in no uncertain terms that he was a complete fraud and hung up on him.
