I’ve had a woman call me nearly every day for the past two days, each time from a different phone number. She says she’s from the Windows support team and that my computer has been hacked. Apparently, her job is to keep my computer safe. She even gave me a licence number she claimed was registered to my PC and said I could check it by pressing some keys on my keyboard. I got in touch with Microsoft and they confirmed it’s definitely a scam. I reported the whole thing to them. 26-03-19
