Got a call from some scammer earlier - a robotic voice claimed my BT internet and landline would be disconnected today. It said to press 1 to sort it out or 2 to go ahead with the cut-off! I immediately guessed it was dodgy and just ended the call. I’m sure if I'd pressed either option, they’d have tried to trick me into handing over my bank info and asking for money. These scammers are awful, especially for older or less tech-savvy people who might fall for it. Stay alert, everyone!
