Got a robocall claiming my internet was about to be cut off because of a faulty router. They told me to press 1 to speak to my provider. Total scam! No legitimate ISP would use this kind of trick. If you do press 1, you’ll end up talking to some call centre trying to steal your personal info like your name, address and even passwords. When I tried ringing the number back, I just got “Oops, that number doesn’t look right, please try again.” Absolutely dodgy!
