Has anyone got a clue as to who might be calling from this number?

Got a call from them earlier, they were asking if I was in any kind of debt and mentioned something about the recession. Seems like they're one of those firms that help you sort out debt, like a debt management service. They sounded Scottish too, not like the usual Asian-sounding scammers I’ve heard before.

Had pretty much the same thing happen to me. The phone stayed quiet, apart from a quick weird noise, then they just cut the call.
