We got a call from someone named Sophia claiming our school owed more than £3000. I told her we’d already settled the last BT invoice and this definitely wasn’t from us. She sounded really pushy and insisted she’d emailed us and that payment was due today. When I asked which email she’d sent it to, it turned out it wasn’t our address at all! Honestly, she was quite impolite and didn’t say sorry once for the mix-up!
