I made a purchase for a sofa from this company and decided to ring up this number for assistance, only to find myself speaking with a customer service agent before being abruptly disconnected. I forked out £535.46 back in February for a sofa that, to this day, has yet to arrive. Unfortunately, I've also encountered difficulties getting through on their phone lines.
