I got a voicemail that supposedly was from BT saying my broadband and internet would be disconnected. I didn’t bother listening past the start because I’d heard from Norfolk County Council that this sort of scam is quite common around here right now. Not long after, another call that sounded just the same came through but from a different number. Each time I answered by ringing my landline from my mobile to clear it, then blocked the number straight away on my phone and wiped all the call records.
