Got a call from someone saying they were from Virgin Media’s security team. They said someone was trying to mess with my internet and offered to fix it straight away. They asked what colour my router light was and how many gadgets were connected. When I asked them to confirm my account number first, they said they couldn’t reveal it for security purposes. As soon as I said I wasn’t going to follow their instructions because I thought it was a scam, they just ended the call. Total scam for sure.
