Could anyone shed some light on who this might be?

I am inundated with incessant calls from a multitude of unfamiliar numbers each day! On one occasion, I answered and they inquired about a 'Helen Raybould.' Clearly, I am NOT her. I informed the caller that they had the wrong person, and the woman promptly hung up. Yet, a plethora of different numbers continue to ring me and they all leave the EXACT same voicemail, which goes something like this: 'Helen, Helen Raybould. PRE UK has attempted to reach you. Kindly press 1 to connect with an agent....' It's utterly ludicrous! I fail to grasp how these firms manage to obtain my number and what they truly believe they will achieve from individuals who never respond. What are they after, exactly?

I picked up the phone this time simply because it shared the same area code as mine. They've rung me before and left voicemails, but never from a number that matched my region.
