Could anyone shed some light on who this might be?

Loads of different unknown numbers keep ringing me every single day! I only picked up once and they wanted to speak to ‘Helen Raybould’, which obviously isn't me. I told them they had the wrong person and the lady just hung up straight away. But still, I get calls from all sorts of numbers and they leave the exact same voicemail saying something like, “Helen, Helen Raybould. PRE UK have been trying to reach you. Please press 1 to chat with an agent....” It’s so frustrating. I can’t get my head around how these companies get hold of phone numbers or what they hope to achieve, especially when most people just ignore the calls. What’s the point?

I usually don’t pick up, but I did this time since the area code matched mine. They’ve called me a few times and left voicemails, but this is the first time it’s been from a number sharing my area code.
