I received a call from someone purporting to be from BT, claiming they were about to cut off my internet connection unless I followed their on-screen instructions. I promptly hung up, as I’ve encountered this automated nonsense previously!

Got a recorded message from 01872 411888 with an Indian voice saying my internet will get cut off today. It asked me to press 1 to stop it or 2 to accept. Definitely a scam, don’t trust it!

I reckon its just a scam, that robotic voice did warn me BT might cut off my internet. Not buying it at all.
