I’ve been inundated with persistent calls and letters from some outfit demanding that I pony up over £2000 owed to Provident Private Credit. It's rather frustrating because despite my repeated requests for evidence of this alleged debt, they refuse to provide any. We’ve been making weekly payments directly to Provident, so I’m baffled by their claims. Every time I push for clarification, all I receive is a sterile letter threatening court action if the balance isn’t settled in full. Just a heads up - it seems they’re in league with Westcot Credit Services, so be on your guard with these characters!

I keep receiving annoying phone calls and letters demanding payment for a supposed debt of more than £20 owed to Provident Private Credit. It’s become rather tiresome! Despite my requests for confirmation of this debt, they’ve been utterly unhelpful. We already make weekly payments to Provident at our doorstep, so it’s baffling that they can’t provide any evidence. Instead, every time I ask for clarification, all they do is threaten legal action if we don’t settle the amount in full. Just a heads up-these chaps seem to be in league with Westcot Credit Services, so watch out!
