Got a call on Tuesday 16th July '24 at about 3:04pm, from someone claiming to be Virgin's tech support. They said there was an issue with my router, but the call got dropped before they could explain further. Since I’m not even with Virgin and don’t have one of their routers, their “technical support” must be pretty useless! Pretty clear this was a scam.
