Received a call today at precisely 15:04 on Tuesday, 16th July 2024. The person on the line claimed to be from Virgin's Technical Department, stating that they had noticed an issue with my router. However, before he could wrap up his spiel, the call was abruptly terminated. Now, considering I’m not even a Virgin customer and don’t own a Virgin router, it’s clear that their so-called Technical Department is not up to scratch! Without a doubt, this is a scam.
