I got a call supposedly from BT Open Reach about my internet speed. They asked me loads of stuff about what gadgets I had hooked up, then bounced me to a "Senior Engineer" who wanted me to log into my router and look for some "errors". When I refused, they just hung up on me. Totally not BT, just a dodgy scam. I only lasted about 4 minutes chatting to them before I twigged.
