7 yearsWhen I picked up, there was an awkward pause which made me suspicious straight away. Shortly after, I heard the usual spiel along the lines of “This call is being forwarded by BT...” so I ended the call before they could get to the bit where they want me to press 1 or something to stop my broadband being cut off.
