I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent who claimed to be from BT Openreach. She started off by asking about my router and the colour of the light on it. I told her it was blue. Then she wanted to know how many gadgets we had connected and what they were. I said we had one desktop and two laptops. After that, she asked me to switch on a laptop and press the control and R keys together. Suddenly she asked if I could see her, and that's when I twigged it was a dodgy call. I said I could see her, and she immediately began swearing at me before hanging up. I've blocked the number since.
