I keep getting calls on my mobile from this number, and every time I answer, they hang up. Out of curiosity, I decided to ring them back from my landline. They answered but promptly cut me off again. It’s quite infuriating, as it’s obvious it’s a call centre from the chatter in the background when the line connects. I called once more from my landline, and a chap with a British accent answered, identifying himself as part of the "Renewals Team." I asked him for the name of his company, and just like that, he hung up on me. Very odd and exceedingly frustrating! Would it be too much to ask for them to cease these incessant calls to both my mobile and landline? - The caller did not identify himself.
