I got a call from someone claiming to be with BT, saying there was a security issue because someone was trying to access my internet. They asked me about the lights on my router, but I was pretty suspicious and started asking questions that the first person couldn’t really answer. Then they put me through to their ‘manager’, who wanted to check if I understood why they were calling. When I told him I thought it sounded like a scam since I didn’t see any problems with my connection, he just asked why and then suddenly ended the call.
