got a call from someone saying his name was ‘eric’, but he had a really strong indian accent. he said he was ringing about my bt broadband. i just ended the call straight away. then they called back later doing the same thing. feels like they’re trying to scam older folks.

I've been getting calls from this number all week, at different times each day. Occasionally, it even shows up with 00 before it.

So I messed about with her for a good 5 minutes after my computer flagged some error in their system. Eventually, she got fed up, called me a nutter and then just ended the call.

Today, this number rang me twice - once around 7.40 in the morning with two zeros at the start, then shortly after without them. I didn’t pick up either call and they never left a voicemail. They’ve called me early before, probably hoping someone might answer then. I’m older, and usually the only ones calling me this early are my family, who always leave a message or just use their mobiles.
