I just ended the call straight away since I haven’t been a BT customer in over two years! Just to be sure, I rang up BT’s customer service and they told me it wasn’t them at all. They said to just hang up and not bother reporting it - even though I’m on the TPS - because the number’s faked and they don’t keep a list of all these scam numbers.
