On the 15th of July at approximately 4:14 PM, I found myself in a rather frustrating situation. When I refused to concede that I’d been in an accident, the chap on the other end, rather irritated, exclaimed that I was driving him mad and abruptly ended the call. It’s quite baffling, really, considering it was he who was honestly getting on my nerves!

Earlier today, I received a rather unwelcome call from this firm, attempting to peddle their wares related to an accident claim. When I informed them that I had no such incident to report and requested they remove my details from their records, the chap on the line had the audacity to insult me, calling me a 'scrubber' and making a vile comment about my hygiene! Such behaviour is utterly intolerable and I insist that this matter be brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities!
