Had a call from a recorded message claiming BT was about to disconnect my phone and internet today, asking me to press 1. I hung up straight away. Later I found out loads of others got the same call, with all sorts of options to press. I didn’t bother listening to the choices though. It’s definitely a scam doing the rounds, and there’s a bunch of posts about it on the BT forum.
