Got a call out of the blue from some insurance company’s customer service. Didn’t ask for it.

I just had a ring from this number. A chap called James Carter was on the line, and it sounded like he was in a busy call centre, what with all the racket in the background. He started off by asking how I was doing, but when I pressed him about the reason for his call, he dodged the question and started chatting with a mate instead. Quite off-putting, so I decided to end the call.
