I got a call claiming to be Virgin Media, saying it was about my internet, started with "hello, how are you today?" Honestly, whenever someone from "a company" asks how I am right off the bat, I immediately think it's a scam, so I just ended the call. Plus, Virgin Media is impossible to reach if you actually want to sort out an issue, so it seemed odd they’d ring me out of the blue like that!
