This bloke kept saying he was from the fraud department whenever I asked him which one. All he did was keep repeating "fraud department" like a stuck record. He kept calling me "mam," so I told him we don't say that over here in England. After I kept questioning him, he clearly got annoyed and just hung up on me. From the start, I had a gut feeling it was a scam.
