SCAM ALERT - Got a call from a woman claiming to be from BT about some issues with my internet. She said there were several unauthorized attempts to access my connection. This kind of call has happened to me a few times over the past month or so, so I rang BT myself to check. They told me they hadn't contacted me at all. So, I informed the caller that I already spoke with BT and that it was a scam, warning her not to call back. Predictably, she just ended the call straight away!
