I picked up and this annoying call just ended the call straight away, didnt even let me say a word. Reckon they must’ve heard the sound of my young voice and figured I wasnt interested in a funeral plan or something. It's really horrible behaviour. I’m looking after an older vulnerable person and I was glad to catch these horrible cold callers before they could cause any trouble.

I got call blocker on my phone, so it never even rings. Definitely a relief, otherwise we'd be picking up all day long. Honestly, it's high time they put an end to these calls to personal numbers.

I received an utterly bizarre phone call earlier that left me somewhat gobsmacked. It began with a rather disconcerting "When do you anticipate your demise?" delivered in this strangely calming female tone. I was taken aback, honestly. Then the caller rambled on for a minute or two about preparing for funerals, but my mind was still reeling from that peculiar opening line - not to mention the rather intrusive ambient music that accompanied it - so I couldn’t make head nor tail of what was said next. In the end, they wrapped it up informing me to press 5 if I fancied a chat with someone, or 8 if I wished to opt out. Quite the experience, I must say. Just your average day in the life of a funeral plan caller, I suppose!

My 93yr old gran who lives on her own got a call asking if she wanted to sell her house. She's a bit hard of hearing so she just ended the call. I found this website online. Does anybody know if there's a place we can report this number and stop these calls? Someone might end up getting scammed if they don’t get put to an end.

On 06/05/2019, i got an automated call from 01865920719 claiming to be British Gas, saying i'd an unpaid gas bill. I knew it wasnt right so thought it was a scam. They gave a contact number, 08001070258, to sort the payment but didnt say how much was owed. I looked at an old bill and that number wasnt listed for payments. Just to check, i phoned the 0800 number and it sounded like an automated british gas payment line. Later, i called british gas on their official number and they told me it was likely a scam.

Got a call from this number again about windows. I looked it up and it said it was for a TEFL course place in Oxford, which is a bit odd. Seems like someone’s copied their number or something. I let the college know and just blocked the number now.
