We answered thinking it was the hospital calling, but as soon as my wife mentioned she wasn’t interested and said my BT broadband was fine, he started going on about some risk. Then she told him to get lost and said I was a BT engineer. Instead of hanging up, the bloke just began swearing at her before finally ending the call.
